We deliver to all states and union territories across India. Key information:

  • Free doorstep delivery — no hidden charges
  • Metro cities: Typically faster delivery (3–4 working days after dispatch)
  • Tier-2/3 cities: May take 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Remote / hilly areas: May take 7–10 working days after dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery available for select pin codes

8. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Popular destinations include USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and Europe.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • All international orders are shipped in wooden crates for maximum protection

9. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your chair arrives damaged:

  • Do not refuse delivery — accept the package and document the damage
  • Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and damage immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
  • Do not attempt to repair the item yourself — this may void the warranty

10. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including pin code, landmark, and phone number)
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges or delays

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply

Can I pick up my order directly?

Yes! Self-pickup is available from our workshop in Rajasthan. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Do you offer assembly at delivery?

Most Guruji Chairs are delivered fully assembled. For chairs with removable canopies or cushions, simple assembly instructions are included.

What if I'm not at home during delivery?

Our delivery team will call you before arriving. If you're not available, we'll reschedule delivery at a convenient time — up to 2 re-attempts at no extra charge.
