We deliver to all states and union territories across India. Key information:
- Free doorstep delivery — no hidden charges
- Metro cities: Typically faster delivery (3–4 working days after dispatch)
- Tier-2/3 cities: May take 5–7 working days after dispatch
- Remote / hilly areas: May take 7–10 working days after dispatch
- Cash on Delivery available for select pin codes
8. International Shipping

- International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- All international orders are shipped in wooden crates for maximum protection
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

9. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your chair arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse delivery — accept the package and document the damage
- Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and damage immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
- Do not attempt to repair the item yourself — this may void the warranty

Yes! Self-pickup is available from our workshop in Rajasthan. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Do you offer assembly at delivery?
Most Guruji Chairs are delivered fully assembled. For chairs with removable canopies or cushions, simple assembly instructions are included.
What if I'm not at home during delivery?
Our delivery team will call you before arriving. If you're not available, we'll reschedule delivery at a convenient time — up to 2 re-attempts at no extra charge.
